Family villa with air con and Fibre internet in El Portet, lovely pool and beautiful gardens. Casa Lavanda is all on one level (although accessed by steps) and is in a quiet setting close to El Portet beach.
The living room has internet TV, and Fibre internet and is comfortably furnished.
The double bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is a family bathroom to serve the twin bedroom.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave and is very well equipped.
The extensive gardens are beautiful and there are various different areas to relax including a roof terrace with lovely views (no children up there please). The pergola on the terrace just outside the living room is the perfect place to have lunch, whilst the small terrace off the living room at the front has sea views and is ideal for breakfast time.
There is a pool terrace up a view steps and is a real sun trap, the pool is 8 meters by 5 meters with roman steps. There is private parking and the villa is completely enclosed
The delightful cove of El Portet is within walking distance and a short drive will take you to Moraira with its bars, restaurants and boutiques.
